It was at that point, Virgil let out a pulse. A pulse of... what felt like mana. But it would be better explained as 'exuding his aura'. It was similar to Sebastien, but at the same time, radically different.

With Sebastien, she felt her free will be drained from her, she lost her sense of self, and could only think of serving him.

With Vigil, however, she was still herself. She still had her free will and capabilities to make decisions... but she suddenly could NOT stop thinking about how handsome Virgil suddenly looked.

How irresistible he was.

And how thrilling it would be to actually join in with him and Robyn.

Virgil looked over toward her. And smiled. Wide.

"Care to join in?" he asked.

"Of course you do!" he stated.

"Come and have some fun with us!" he exclaimed joyously.

When she reached the door, she was able to identify the voice.

It was Virgil. And he was saying some very... not safe for work... things. It was clear that he and Arryn were in the middle of something. And she was NOT impressed, as this was not the place for it.

She then stopped at the door and peered in.

Except instead of Arryn with Virgil... it was Robyn!

Ilias followed Kiah into the building, and the two made their way through the hallways and corridors, down the lab. They reached the door and unlocked it with her keycard, stepping inside.

When they did, they found the place to be looking well enough, and they saw they were alone there.

Or were they?

As soon as they stopped looking around, they sword they could hear... noises.

Specifically, the sounds of... muttering and mumbling.

Jake couldn't help but smile now.

"Yeah, she really is." he said.

"Regardless, in you go, obviously." he told them, buzzing them in.

"Go and do whatever you need to do in the lab. Sharp'll be on his way down there soon." he said further. "Mainly because I'm going to be calling him and telling him you showed up, and he'll be headed there in a bit." he clarified.

"Still. Good to have you both back." he finished.

Jake was silent, and just hung his head a little, a soft sigh escaping his lips.

"Fair." he said.

"If anyone can help her, it's him." he muttered.

"Your voice is sounding a lot better, by the way." Ilias then commented.

"Ah, yes." Jake responded. "Seems your sister's wife threw some mana into me that REALLY helped that move along." he told Kiah.

"Chaos mana is really something."

Many thoughts raced in Ty's head, but through it all, one stayed the same. One stayed consistent. Hazel. He would do all he could to help her. He would sacrifice himself again and again to make sure she was all right, to make sure she would get through this.

For Vae, clearing Kaia was decidedly easy. She was up and about and mostly herself again, the first out of the three. Kiah followed, several days later, and while she was a little discombobulated, she was free of Sebastien's control and influence.

But Vae was still trying to help Hazel. She was succeeding, piece by piece, and Hazel was showing signs of coming through... and if Ty had not been there, she would have shut back in and given control back, due to sheer instinct on her behalf.

With that said, though, Kiah was deemed ready to head back to her life, and Ilias would be going with her. They had left the theatre, after properly thanking everyone there, and after a night of sleeping in their own bed at their own home, the time came where they returned to the Unit. And when they entered the security checkpoint, they were greeted by Jake.

"Ah, hello you two." he greeted them, his tongue darting out slightly.

Ty was silent as she left him there, pausing and thinking about it.

"Hm." he mumbled.

"Well, Ilias DID tell Hal I would probably be here for a bit." he muttered, looking around.

"Free reign, huh?" he then mumbled.

"No judgement? Seems they're very open-minded here." he chuckled, before thinking about Hazel and hoping she'd be all right.

Jun got up, excused himself, and left the room, as Ty thought about what Vae had told him.

"Hmmm." he mumbled. "Well... for starters, do whatever it takes to free Hazel, but... 'serious repercussions' for YOU does NOT sound like something that should be risked." he said.

"I know for a fact it would devastate Hazel if something were to happen to someone because they were trying to help her." he went on.

"As for myself wanting anything... either coffee or a bottle of cold water." he then answered her.

"Honestly, I could go for either." he shrugged.

"It was." Jun replied.

"...couple of days ago." he then recalled, thinking about it.

"And I know that because I now recall Paul making a pot-noodle in it recently. Need water for that." he chuckled. "Regardless, should be useable once again." he summarised.

"Now, is there anything else I'm needed for?" he asked, standing up.

"If not, I have more books to balance and bookings to figure out." he reasoned. "Depending on Kaia, we may need to postpone or outright cancel some shows." he told her.

Ilias nodded in response.

"All right, I'll go check on her... them... yeah." he said.

He then sighed and shook his head, as he made his way through the door, with Ty watching. Once Ilias was gone, Ty turned his gaze towards Vae and crossed his arms over his chest.

"I was brought here because my good friend Hazel is not doing well." he told her.

"You can deny me all you want. Torment me. Torture me. Kill me. I am not leaving until I am allowed to at least TRY and bring her SOME level of comfort in the misery she must be... or will be... feeling." he continued.

"...that, and I'm pretty much the only one she can look at without her blindfold." he then added. "No mana and all."

Ilias nodded in response.

"Thanks." he said to her, smiling softly, though she could see concern behind it.

Ty just looked outright concerned, but nodded at the young woman.

"Yes, thank you." he chimed in.

The two then made their way past her, through the door, and downstairs, being mindful of where they were, and where the doors were and such. The woman had said probably the first large living space, and sure enough, when they encountered the open door to said space, they saw Jun and Vae there.

"Well, here I am." Ilias said.

"And I brought company." he added, gesturing to Ty.

Jun crossed his arms over his chest and nodded slowly.

"Yeah... that's fair." he said. "Well, I hope she can do SOMETHING." he told her. "Because Encrae is starting to step on some very serious toes right now." he muttered.

At that same time, Ilias and Ty stepped in through the main entrance, where they saw a young female tidying the area up... and Ilias could immediately feel the chilled aura coming off of her.

"Ah, hello there." he greeted her.

"Vae told me to grab Ty and come here." he said further.

"Odds are she should be here by now, but I don't know where she'd be or anything." he went on.

"If you could tell her I'm here, or direct me to where she might be, that'd be great." he added.

"Oh, well, fair enough." Lex responded.

"They're not hurt or anything, right?" he asked. "Like, physically?" he clarified.

"None of them seem to be, no." Jun confirmed.

"That's a relief." Lex replied.

"Anyway, normally I would spend a little more time here, but in this case, idle time is time wasted." he reasoned. "I'll see you both later." he finished.

When the two said their goodbyes to him, he disappeared from where he stood, and Jun sighed.

"I hope your sister doesn't take this news TOO harshly." he said to Vae.
