Haha, I would hazard a guess that it's meant to be seeing as it's Wonderland, and a trial involving so many people is surely intended to be more of a red herring.

Indeed, and had she not known Spark already took the sceptre from its place of holding, she wouldn't halfheartedly attempt to steal it I don't think.

With what we know regarding the Knight, I think she's very unlikely to mess with the Hostess in any way. Plus, if the Rabbit were truly fearful of the Queen, I don't think he'd withhold vital information. He looks very displeased being here to begin with, and didn't he express a dislike at having to show up to these trials?
He could just give up the Knight and that'd be it.

@Angelus: Let's not forget that the Rabbit's entire purpose since we first saw him was reaching the castle, and he's been on the move throughout Static's journey to find Spark. If we assume he stayed true to his word and instead used another route to the castle, then there's still additional evidence piling up against him.

I look at Miss Kitty, confident she can pursue one line of questioning while I attack from another.
@Spark: An hour ago, you say? Hm. Then the Caterpillar could not have possibly came to the castle, broke the sceptre, and left in time for Static to question him. The Mad Hatter, March Hare, and Dormouse may be a suspicious trio, but they'd leave far more evidence behind than a feather and some fluff. They also wouldn't be likely to strike at the sceptre alone... seeing as two are constantly arguing, and one is lazy.
Cheshire seems possible with her magic, but... I'm inclined to believe the truth lies right before us. If the White Rabbit never saw Spark, then isn't it possible he stumbled upon the sceptre after the bird left? We also know he uses tunnels, and could appear without ever running into anyone. The last clue I have is... well, Static fixed his watch. Would he lie about seeing his brother? And if he hasn't said anything about him, can we safely assume he tunneled beyond the castle gates?

@Spark: Hmm. About how long ago would you say you left it? One hour? Two? If we can narrow down how many creatures could have been around the item at the time it was apparently broken, we could figure something out.

Apologies, Your Majesty.
@Vregory: Very sorry, Dormouse, but it appears as if eating the evidence is not possible. Well then. Let's approach this from another angle. Have you seen the complete unbroken sceptre before? And if so, when?

@Miss Kitty: I turn my head slightly to glance down at the autograph with a grin. I cup my mouth so as to whisper: "You're so lucky! The Cheshire Cat is a wild beauty, and what a blessing to be granted a signature."

@Vregory: Certainly. It shouldn't kill you, and if it does, well... I apologize. /smiles
The taste might give us a clue as to what it might belong to. Or who.

@Vregory: Hm, greetings Dormouse. Since you say it was opposite day when you spoke to Static, you haven't seen Spark prior. Then you'd have no idea what a golden feather is, but would you have any insight on the White Fluff? /holds up a bit

@Kcalb: I try doing that, but the voices don't seem to stop. What's your secret?

So after completing it, pretty sure it says something like...
Go see the Hostess of the Flower Garden
