Might be time to consult a chiropractor. I've also heard a lot of good things about acupuncture. I had a dog that the vet said would need to be put down due to back problems, he lived ten years after we got him acupuncture treatments.

@Angelus: As a narcoleptic, I've always been fascinated by dreams. I'm a bit sad it never occurred to me to look that up. Dreaming with visual recollection is confusing enough, I cant imagine what it would be like in full darkness.
@Vii: I too have wondered those things! But I always feel like too much of an arse to ask. "lol I noticed you can't see/hear/whatever... whats that like lol" I feel like there is no way to phrase it to convey my natural curiosity of the world without it sounding like I'm 100% ignorant and rude XD

My favorite bugs are *surprise* the creepier ones. They just don't get enough respect because they look scary.
Also, beetles are pretty fantastic because they shine like jewels.
Speaking of shining like jewels... there are a few animals in the world that decorate themselves with whatever is available. This artist suppliedm some bugs who do what with gold and jewels so they could dress for success: http://www.thisiscolossal.com/2014/07/hubert-duprat-caddisflies/

Yeah I would definitely suggest asking a professional. A week seems like a long time to be hurting for what you did BUT I'm no professional and I wasn't there when you got injured so... I just hope you're ok!
