@Dipper: I especially love the native american code talkers (possibly because I'm native myself) because they literally just spoke an unfamiliar language and it was brilliantly baffling.
@Dipper: That is a hefty book! Does it include history as well as practical application?

Not nearly enough. I'm making a soup.
I've always been fascinated by alternate alphabets, and the natural progression to decoding said alphabets. I was really into it in highschool because I had a lot more time on my hands, but I've been drawn towards alternate alphabets again because writing in code is just cool, darn it. I found a website: http://www.omniglot.com/ and its a great resource for writing your own codes, as it has a lot of alternate alphabets to look at. Some of my favorites, possibly harder to decode, can be written in any direction and often are on a line (Like... cursive code?).

How about Milksteak?

@Ranusha: Thats how they get you. They lure you in with insane cuteness then BOOM, rabbit-based carnage.
I've had old co-workers remove me from their social-media-lives with no reason or warning. I'm usually a supportive and happy person, but I post a lot of horror/gore and communist ideals so maybe there was a good reason and I choose to remain oblivious :D

Hello and welcome! Be careful to avoid any rabbits around here. Never know what they're up to.

@nyreen: Yep, that'd make me nervous too. The police show up and suddenly a peaceful protest turns violent.

@nyx: Did you know Nyx is Eris mother?
And, because she is the chaos goddess, nobody knows if she even has a father at all.

@Angelus: I'm Narcoleptic! I'm sure people are tired of hearing me say that by now(?)
I dig your raven in the city drawing. The contrast between the foreground and background, and the way the lines of the city flow are what really make it fun for me to look at.

It's May day!
I'm sympathy stoked for your show. Good music fills the soul.

@Angelus: oh man, I'll have to check your stuff out when I wake up! Don't think I'm ignoring you, I just have funny sleep habits.
