@Another Movie Addict: What kind of work are you seeking?
Posted in So light em up up up Posted 7 years ago
@Len: Thank you~ you're a sweetheart, y'know that?

@Panda: Any plans yet for it? I don't tend to do anything for mine.

@Another Movie Addict: I still live at home too. Our family is just super small anyway :'D I'm... quasi-employed? I work at a lit mag online, but we don't have the funds to get paid yet. xD

@Panda: I may or may not be on a trip at that point. The likelihood is either he's coming to me or I'm going to him around the 5th xD So to be safe... Early happy birthday!

@Dowan: I'd be happy to share with you! I'd like to see yours too. I love sharing with others <3 Are you in any writing groups? They're mighty helpful!
For what to show you... Would you rather see poems I've got handy, the mag I publish on or my fanfic? I can do other stuff just figured I'd start with options like that xD I wrote a villanelle (though slightly altered the format) yesterday for my novel for Camp NaNo and it's honestly amazing to me that it came out well.

@Mica: I rather like your name myself. And yep! They have a few other names, like serviceberries. They grow in summer around my area. And I've never used my quill >w< I mostly use regular ballpoint pens, pencils that are entertaining, my gel pens lately... etc. I liked school too for notes~

I write a variety of stuff. Fiction, poetry, sometimes articles about writing styles and stuff for work...etc.

@Another Movie Addict: I give you my hugs and hope you don't struggle too much with her. Is she a nice mom otherwise? I mean you don't see much of her but... I'm curious~ for me it's been my dad and me just us for years. xD

@Len: My primary is probably the doctor I trust most but I also trust his recommendations for doctors and he recommended my psychiatrist and though he's a little spacey at times he's amazing and so easy to talk to <3

@Mica: Aww thank you! It's a yummy fruit. I've had them on nature walks as a kid~ And pens are my life too. I'm a writer. I looove pens. I have a quill somewhere too. And like insane amounts of pens. And pencils. And a box of gel pens right next to me with so many colors I don't wanna count.

@Unicorn: It was so long ago I don't remember (haven't seen them in ages)... I'd have to message Aunt Cathy on facebook to ask if she knows. My guess is because he liked telling me that story of the frogs on the log and I had spectacles already? :'D

@Len: As I said, it was a long time ago. I'm old and whatnot and have a good doctor now. Plus my dad helps me. And mostly, I'm old enough to not have to listen to my doctors without being threatened to be taken away by child services xD But... I do love hugs. *cuddles friend <3*

@Another Movie Addict: I think I'll still stick with my dad over your mom though. It's tough with either, but... I'm afraid of alcoholics if that is understandably believable. PTSD and stuff :'D

@Unicorn: Hehe my godfather was a funny guy. His nickname for me was 'speckled frog'.
Posted in So light em up up up Posted 7 years ago
@Another Movie Addict: Ahh yikes! That is scary ;-; My dad's home 24/7 unless he has a doctor himself 'cause he's disabled. He doesn't drink much (he's never been big on it, he drinks about as much as me which is veeeery little. Our family has low tolerance anyway and migraines + alcohol = bad). The worst thing that keeps him stuck is his addiction to his pain meds and stuff. Withdrawal is evil. So is chemo though, which he also deals with. Today's the day after methotrexate day so he's suffering extra... 'cause he took it twice in a week like a derp.

@Unicorn: Colorfulness! I miss doing easter eggs. I only ever did them when I was little and spending the holiday over at my godmother's house. It was fun when my godfather (uncle as I called him) was so adamant about saying the easter bunny had come when I saw him in the middle of the night changing out the eggs himself.
