Sorry mdom, I'd share the rain, but we kind of desperately need it here.

Well, there's 3 different fairy costume items (skirt, wings, snd maybe a shawl), then mermaid blanket and custom fox that I'm actively working on. But I also have another fox, several dragons, a pig, a whale, 3 scarves, 2 blankets, and an assortment of chainmaille jewelry in progress as well.
I might frog one of the other blankets though and try another mermaid blanket if the rainbow yarn I want to use isn't too thin.

I've been kind of quiet for a few days though.

For the second day in a row, I have accomplished a goodly amount of crafting and it is amazing! Yesterday I did a bit of tulle skirt making (not as much as I could have done, but I was really tired) and today I managed to finish a fox tail, start on the fox body, prep one wing frame, and do around 12 rows on my mermaid blanket. Maybe tomorrow I can get even more done!
What I really need to do is get my list of things to buy for my Halloween costume figured out so I can get all that started and/or done soon.

Imaginary animal: fire lizard (think tiny dragon)
Real animal: More cats! Specifically either a Savanna or Bengal cat and also a Scottish Fold.

Austiderps: I missed the rain this summer. Hopefully it will help with some of the fires in thr area.

Honestly, I generally don't get too wild with my food (and "weird/strange" food combos are a lot harder to come by when you don't eat meat generally), so my weirdest is probably peanut butter and cheddar grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. And yes, I dip my sandwiches in the soup. That or apple pie with cheddar melted on it with vanilla ice cream on top.

Hey-o! Not a whole lot going on here. Sounds like it's raining for the first time in over 3 months though, which is exciting. And I'm working on a project for me instead of a custom fox order for a friend...but that's about it here.

Kind of? They have some kind of irregular shape "rhombus"-ish ones. Oh, and triangle ones.
Most of the good drop ones are bigger and more expensive.
My cheap options are: round, oval, pear/teardrop, and 1-2 irregular rhombus-ish ones.

Unfortunately, I can't lay claim to any of the pictures wings. But hopefully mine will look pretty cool when I get them made. Need to pick up a cheap paint brush and some type of glue to use to keep the yarn I'm using in place around the edge.

@concentricity: Yeah, I had been pretty active for the last month or two of Ernya's life. I mean, they did a Halloween event and everything, then just poof, gone.
