@Elaunie: The network is actually being nice, and waiting for CLAMP to catch up on the manga first. :3

(The network that had Tsubasa and xXxHOLiC wasn’t as patient, and overran the manga, which led to a deviant storyline, and the ultimate failure of the Tsubasa anime. So, they are trying to avoid that.)
