@Robyn: The problem of a severely crippling phobia gets in the way of that. Last I tried was in earnest, and I barfed all over the inside of the car. Not cool.

@Robyn: Maybe one day I will live in such a place. I wouldn't really be near any family, though.

@Robyn: Yeah, except I don't drive. Hence why I need the taxis. XDD;;

@Unicorn: Pretty good. I have to work soon, though. Bleh. But hey, have to buy the food somehow, right?

@Robyn: The hours would be the same, with slightly higher pay. But a LOT more to do. I'm still not sure if it even levels out to be worth it, or not.
By public transit, I mean buses and the like. This is a forest area, so if you need a ride somewhere it can be tricky. There are two taxi companies near here, but both know they are a rarity, and charge a fortune as a result.

@Robyn: I have a good chance at moving up, i'm just not sure if that's where I want to be forever, you know? I'd love some public transit, though. That would be nice.

@Robyn: I did that briefly. But right now, I work in high-end manufacturing. Long hours, for barely enough money to live. Kind of sucks. But hey, what can you do? It's really the only kind of work in my area, aside from farming. Which is even worse for your body, with even worse hours.
