It's pretty uncommon to be able to buy a sharp sword these days. I think you can at some ren festivals. Most places have a lot of rules regarding live steel however. (understandable)

Yeah noise cancelling headphones might be a good investment regardless lol

Short term yeah you can try and ask them to keep it down since it's so late.

If you don't wanna do that, you can try some headphones to drown out the noise.

Long term you may want to talk to your landlord about property rules and noise past a certain time.
