A lot don't even write their own lyrics so, there's that too.

Most of the time I find lyrics distracting. They either have to be REALLY GOOD or the singing has to be more like just another instrument.

I'm not big on lyrics... I need strong melodic content.

I don't have a system really lol. I just ... am always looking for new stuff? There's plenty of soundtracks out there for me to listen to. I browse the discover tab pretty regularly. Sometimes I'll remember something that had good music and go see if it's on spotify yet. Sometimes it is sometimes it's not. Sometimes it recs it to me later because I searched for it I guess?

Oh it's huge, don't worry. A normal person probably wouldn't reach it.

I am a ravenous consumer of new songs. I periodically have to purge my library because I have too many. Literally too many. Spotify will not allow me to add any more until I remove some.

I try to, but since I'm usually working at the same time sometimes it takes me a few repeats.

I tend to zone out when I listen so I'm not always aware of "oh I like this song it would be perfect for X"

Yeah mine are just short and I don't have 5-6 songs for some of them lol

I always have to name my playlists something stupid because it always tries to recommend stuff that has nothing to do with it based on the character name

Look, I know i'm pampered and wouldn't last a day in a post-apocalyptic setting, but you know what? I'm ok with that and I'm gonna enjoy the luxuries I have while I can.
