Also I'm capable of using the phone at work, but usually on my own terms. Most calls are scheduled in advance so I have time to mentally prepare. It makes a world of difference.

I do that but I used to get so into the doodle during class I'd miss the whole lecture lol.

I also have ADHD so even if I hear them, sometimes it's hard to remember what they just said lol.

I've never liked phone calls because i can't hear very well over the phone. Nothing gets my anxiety going like asking someone to repeat themselves 5 times.

I do with everyone because I'm not great at actually speaking. Internet is great because I can type everything and proof read it first. Or re-read what the person just said.

Not me, I have the worst phone anxiety.

I never texted because I never had a texting plan so it cost me money lol. I didn't start until I had a smart phone.

I hate typing on touch screen. Me and my fat fingers.

Lowering the brightness helps lol

If I wanna do anything in bed it's gotta be on my phone cause PC too far away.

Also the grip ring on the back of mine doubles as a fidget spinner.

But now you have a shiny new phone so you can have a shiny new habit too

I use mine to quell existential dread by playing picross.

IDK how, I get anxious without my phone lol
