Just had the soup.
It was nice and thick.
Cloudy was pleased with it.

@Kozi: Yeah, we use instant mash to thicken stuff a lot too.
This is gonna be a pretty extravagant soup for us.
Using an extra soup base that we blended, also using a couple packs of bacon for the meat, and we have extra broth sitting around so we're gonna use that instead of water.
Gonna be flavorful for sure.

@SnakeWeaver: I have no idea. A bean. *shrug*

I blended up a navy bean soup. We were given a dry soup base from my mom that she'd gotten from a church.
So we made it and blended it, and we're gonna make the soup we usually make, and add this into it for extra flavor and thickening. (Cuz the base wasn't enough for a 4 person dinner)
We usually make a simple potato soup with whatever meat we have on hand.

I just blended up some soup.

To be fair, she agrees with you, so was 'the leak' such a big deal?
Perhaps you and she have more in common than you know.
Could she not be an ally within time?
