@Glume: oh that's awesome I'm really interested in getting one now! Where did you buy yours from the actual website or I'm ordering for Canada because I'm Canadian and naturally are dollar isn't worth nearly as much as the US dollar is. Where do you think would be the cheapest place to buy one if I was to online and not on their website? I know with Cyber Monday coming in a few hours actually LOL that there's going to be some pretty decent deal so I want to take advantage of that but I'm not quite sure where to shop would have the best deals.

Let me first say thank you so much for all the resposes everyone! I really appreciate all the insight. =)

@Glume: That's an interesting idea.. I will look into it. Do you know if it has palm recognition? Cuz that really sucks x'D Do you have any experience dealing in the ipad realm? *o* Thanks so much ^w^

@SirLionelNigelConrad: Yes, I've been told that the ipad is one of the best options for on screen standalone drawing devices. Which model have you used? (There's like a kagillion)

Hi all so as you know I'm an artist and I've been drawing since as long as I can remember really. I've been in search of a drawing tablets that you can draw on the actual screen. Now I've looked up some stuff online and I've narrowed it down to either the Windows Surface Pro and iPad Air / iPad Pro or any other type of iPad I don't really know what the differences are if someone could help me distinguish the difference is between those that would be great. And the Wacom cintiq. I was really wanting to get the iPad Pro but that's just way too much out of my budget at this time. I already own drawing tablet that plugs into the computer via USB cable but that's not what I'm looking for right now. I tend to draw kind of big so something that has a big screen is kind of what I'm looking for as well as a decent amount of storage because I don't want it crapping out on me or being a slow as a snail like the one I have now... Any and all tips especially from artist would be great thanks so much for reading!:-)

PS sorry for the run on sentences I'm actually using my phone's voice recognition LOL

Also another note if you're taking an artist off of deviantART there should be some type of a reporting feature on that if you haven't received any updates within a certain amount of time. Or if they don't finish their work at all. The same can be said for PayPal because PayPal has what they call a reporting desk. I bought a bunch of stuff off of eBay and whenever I've had any problems with Goods being delivered I can always create a ticket with PayPal saying that my item was not shipped or received.

Speaking from someone who hasn't really bought any real life cash commissions most artists that charge ask for half of the payment up front and I hold that just in case you back out or something not saying that you would but just generalizing. Usually this is non-refundable even if you end up not liking what they're making. That being said most artists are kind and usually send you work in progress updates before the final is done that way if they have anything that needs to be changed they can do so during the sketch process and not when things have been started to color. If you're worried about when it comes to trusting people I would go with somebody that's well-known and has a lot of good positive feedback.

Mousy:
Because I can't stand cleaning with anyone around me and the bedroom needed to be cleaned.
(because everyone else does it wrong and will just get in my way)

Also, I can't stand cleaning unless it's after midnight

Do you have any cleaning quirks?

Oh my God same I can't stand it when someone's in the room with me when I'm trying to clean particularly my husband because he's always where I'm trying to be haha like if I go to pick up something he's always in my way.
