my understanding of huevember is that the piece has to mainly or only the chosen hue. I've grabbed shades and highlights for each hue going around the circle...
i think next year I may work with two highs and two lows with the main in the middle instead of just 3 total xD

oh that does sound complicated.
here's what I'm doing Chiffon. I'm just making a doodle/picture/whatever the color inspires me to draw for the day. Just to get some art practice and practice working with colors.

They've been rather disrespectful today and I don't allow that behavior. xD and no i don't mean "I'm your mom so you have to listen." no it's also about disrespecting themselves by not doing the best they can, and throwing food all over the floor. etc. It was just kind of a bad behavior day so I'm just all ugh nope. go to bed.

if i take my time and have enough references in front of me i can get fairly good details. it's when i draw from my head where everything just goes... weird.
