@Priestess of Pie: I wouldn't really call it a nightmare. There are a number of things that the dream could be a manifestation of. I watched a documentary tv about crime on cruise ships a few days ago. The plague and the health system is scary too.

I had a dream that I was stranded at sea on a partially deflated raft. Haggard, emaciated and near death. Then like a beacon of hope a cruise ship came along. The passengers saw me and rescued me from the water. I was dried off and given some water and food. Then the captain came down and asked if I had any way to pay for the cruise. I said no, of course not. I had been adrift at sea for God knows how long. Then he told me that if I can't pay for the cruise then they can't allow me to stay on board because it would be unfair to the actual people who paid. He apologized then said that It was just policy and he hopes that I understand.

So they threw me overboard.

I spent the day cleaning,trimming and clipping my dogs toenails. I had to bathe my oldest cat the night before. I don't know where he wandered off to but after he came in smelling like a cow pat I had to throw him in the tub. He still hates me. I also cleaned my treadmill and oiled the belt. Fun stuff! I've been watching When Sharks Attack on Hulu lately. I've also started rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist. I haven't been doing just that though. I mowed the lawn for the first time this year. I noticed that the mosquitoes are fierce this year. The bees are out now too. I had a problem with the bees last year after they took up residency in the oak tree in my back yard. I also used to have some issues with mud daubers and velvet ants in the past but I think I've successfully run them off. Quarantine has been monotonous and I'm running out of things to occupy myself with.

@Deaa: Macie is nice and warm.

@Deaa:
I'm sorry to hear that. It's always the worst thing ever when that happens.

@Deaa:

She has sweaters too. Once it gets below 40 she refuses to go out to pee without a sweater on.

This is Macie, my 10 year old morkie (maltese yorkie). She likes to lay on the heating pad. I actually have 2 heating pads because my dog will fight me over it all seasons around. So one for me and one for the dog. The heating pad thing started when she was about 4 years old. It was an incredibly frigid winter, going as low as -17. Which is much much colder than the regular cold temperatures here. At average it will rarely enter the negatives and if it does it wont last very long.
