Virgil doesn't hesitate, his face falling into an angry expression as he drops the copper in his hands.

Why didn't she tell me she left the house?! Where is she? *turns to Vreg, frowning seriously* Take over okay? I don't know know when I'll be back.

He rushes off, swearing under his breath, more scared and panicked then would appear.

Virgil coughs, glancing away and trying to hide his reaction.

You really do know how to portray emotion in your work and as always, express a unique voice... It's easy to see the meaning you put into your work...

He pauses, before moving to gently pet Vregory on the head, ignoring Eugene's protests.

You picked a good subject, too.

Virgil stares at the pile before him, somehow able to convey both apathy and disdain in one expression as he thinks over his life choices that have led him to his point.

@faust sheep: Wow. Congrats, you did it. Your score's been updated, let me spend even more time sorting junk metal...

Virgil yawns.

Virgil scoffs, grimacing slightly as shrugs.

@miss kitty: Could have fooled me, all I get told is what a bad attitude I have. I just accept it as the truth by now, whatever.

He sighs, hesitating before muttering.

I understand him... And he doesn't judge me. I like spending time with him, yeah.

Virgil grimaces as he grimaces slightly, seeming annoyed about something as he mutters under his breath.

@miss kitty: Because I'm trying to protect him from the cruel, useless judgement of society. It's so stupid... Hm...

He trails off from your last comment, shrugging as he glances away.

Virgil blinks in confusion.

@miss kitty: Okay. It's scrap not scrab, please I guess. *sighs gently, glancing away* And I know he is... It's his choice if he wants to try or not. I just know he struggles.

He's fine as is, though. He doesn't need to change.

Virgil squints and frowns for a long time at the response, before sighing and shaking his head, letting it go.

Virgil looks up with an unamused expression, rolling his eyes as he grumbles.

@taemins lover: Yeah, you think? I have people constantly breathing down my neck waiting for me to count up this scrap, there's always people watching.

Setting down a piece of copper he sighs, shrugging.

Everything in my life is weird lately, so it's become the new normal. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Virgil tenses up as he's hugged, grumbling and trying to wriggle free of it before shrugging and looking away.

@miss kitty: Thanks. Violet won't let me hear the end of it if I give up, but I need to run the shop too so she doesn't try to do it herself. I'd just dump this whole thing if I could but.... *he sighs, glancing over to Vregory as he mutters* He wants to help so... Whatever, I'm here. Not like I have anything else to do...

Virgil grumbles, having been in a bad mood and neglecting his work. He sighs, nodding to everyone as he counts the stacks of built up scrap.

Yeah yeah, updated the leader board.

It's past. And hm... Guess that makes two of us, then.

Virgil shrugs slightly, silent and lost in his thoughts for a moment. However, he's snapped out of his mood as his eyes shift up to the piles of copper presented before him.

Back to work. Counting it up.

Virgil sighs, not sure why the rat hates him so much, before scrunching his face, annoyed at himself for caring.

Mn. It's fine, I don't want to know the trick anyway. Pretty sure I could figure it out if I wanted to, which I don't.

How'd Eugene learn magic though? Pretty sure that's what he's teaching you...

Virgil shakes his head as he softens his expression slightly.

It's... Something. I'm shocked you still manage to surprise me. Hm. Do you know how that trick works?
