Virgil tilts his head slightly as he sees Vregory's strange reaction, his face twisting in confusion.

Mean things? What, about me?

He glances over to Vyc, grimacing at the thought.

Yeah, no. I'll wait it out then. Ah- huh. Okay? See you later I guess.

Virgil shrugs, not sure why everyone's acting weird today but also not getting a chance to think about it as he sees two heaps of copper dumped in front of him enthusiastically.

Ughh great... Hey Vreg? You wanna help me sort this out over here? Going to tally up their points. Congrats, by the way.

@Kent: Yeah you'd get the points. Scrap's scrap, doesn't matter when you bring it. *he grimaces for a moment* You're about to make me do a lot of work though, aren't you?

Virgil rolls his eyes, shrugging.

Yeah and despite what my sister says, smiles aren't payment. If anything that just makes me want to do it less... Hrm. Hope so. My phone's been dead too long. Why'd you stop by anyway, things going slow for your militia?

Noticing how silent Vregory has grown, Virgil turns his head from Vyctor to look over to him.

Something wrong? *blinks, whispering to himself* Is that rat glaring? Can rats glare...?

Virgil's face instantly twists into a distressed expression, turning to Violet as his voice uncharacteristically raises

You shouldn't be using any magic! Stop putting strain on yourself, you're going to get sick again!

Shoulders shaking, he brings his hand to his face, rubbing it as he grits his teeth, trying to force himself to calm down. Pushing it away, he sighs heavily, turning his back to her.

@miss kitty: Hrn. Make sure you don't let her use magic. I'll get you a charm myself if you don't give into her stupid ideas.

He pauses, looking down at Vregory as he speaks. Hearing his broken logic, Virgil can't help but relax again, letting out a sigh as he shakes his head.

Hrn. Guess you're not feeding the corporate machine so it's something... Worried you're going to pick up some kind of disease though. At least promise to only eat the candy wrapped up still-- *squints* And that's not counting candy that's been licked and rewrapped.

He reaches out to pat him on the head, before looking up as Vyctor walks in, letting out a derisive sound as he hears his comment.

Tell me about it. Tch. Val better get the power back quickly after all this trouble. *frowns thoughtfully* I'm taking whatever's left over. I've earned it.

Vreg... I can just buy you candy. Don't eat anything just in case it tastes good... *grimaces* Especially if it's already sticky...

Virgil sighs, calming slightly as he frowns in concern instead.

Yeah I know. You should take better care of yourself. You get lost playing with them too much. Also don't encourage Violet.

@miss kitty: Hm... Probably Vontell, he's probably your best bet. I know he messes around with it. Maybe the Guardians if you can catch them when they're not busy.

Virgil let's out a long, exasperated sigh.

Violet... Don't make this more difficult than it needs to be.

@anarchist beauty: I'm an artist. All I do it try to interpret meaning in things. Hm... Also I'm getting used to his writing, I guess.

@miss kitty: Warming charms can help, but I don't like using magic. Something you could consider maybe. *Virgil grimaces to himself* Not sure if you've ever been to the Ice Realm but if not... I don't recommend it.

Virgil nods faintly in approval when Vregory gets the word right.

You're not supposed to eat it, that's why. You're lucky it wasn't toxic, don't put just anything you find into your mouth alright?

He grimaces, knowing that it won't stop him from eating garbage.

How are the rats finding this much scrap anyway...?

Virgil rubs the bridge of his nose as he squeezes his eyes shut, his glasses pushing up under his fingers.

It's clue, Vreg. Glue's that adhesive that you got stunk in your hair last time you visited and messed with my art. *pauses as he rethinks his answer* Glue is the sticky stuff.

@miss kitty: Virgil blinks in mild surprise, looking down at the copper.

Virgil sighs, used to this kind of reaction and shrugging.
