Freebies are given out on a whim, there's no set rule to it. If you're set on getting art from me, here is my art shop!
Due to my hectic schedule, no freebies may be given out at all. :c ! The only definite way is to win a contest or order a commission.
If you do want art, please only post one reference! I often get flustered with more than one.
