Darrell looked like he was thinking about the possibility as well, and Jaden sighed.

"It's something to consider." he said.

"We still have time." he went on.

"Moving is stupidly easy for those like us." he chuckled.

"But yeah... it's something we need to think about." he reiterated.

"It... well, it's been brewing in my head for the past half hour or so." he added.

Jaden sighed again.

"I wasn't sure how to bring it up." he admitted.

"At the very latest, it would have been when we got home." he told her.

"But yes, let's enjoy dinner." he agreed.

"Can we get dessert?" Darrell asked.

"I think we can swing that." Jaden chuckled.

"Whatever you want." he told him.

"Really!?" Darrell asked happily.

"Really." Jaden confirmed.

"We'll see if they have anything here you like, and if not, we'll go elsewhere." he finished.

A couple od fays later, Desiree stepped up to the door, and knocked. She didn't know if the one she was there to see was home or not, but she was reasonably sure. When the door was answered and she explained who she was there to see, she was let in and told that he was in the small greenhouse they had. The magician nodded before making her way there.

She stepped inside, so happy that since she was a form of dead, that she didn't have to deal with temperatures any longer, and looked around. When she didn't see him quick like, she just sighed.

"hey Vincent! Rowena told me you were out here, are you?" She called into the plantlife.

After a few seconds of silence, she heard Vincent's voice... and it was reasonably close.

"I can, and I am not deaf." he said.

She looked around, still not seeing him.

And she looked confused.

"Oh! My apologies!" Vincent then said, as a small tree beside her started to rustle a bit, and Vincent stepped into view, literally from out of nowhere, it seemed.

"I forgot I was tending to a Vanishing Willow." he admitted.

"its shade can render people invisible."

"I.... didn't even know you had one of those." She commented.

"Aren't they supposed to be like... stupidly difficult to cultivate?"

"They are." he said.

"But I've had serious help from the draydins." he told her.

"Anyway, this isn't about me and my plants." he went on.

"How can I help you?" he asked.

"It's clear you've come to see me for a reason."

"... That makes a lot of sense. Even your sister couldn't properly get one to grow. At least not without some serious effort." Desiree commented before pausing.

"Ah! Right. I wanted to ask for your help, or at least some recommendations. Jaden, Darrell and I are planning to be moving. We want a house with more space, but also the protection from the public." She explained

"is there any chance you Can keep an ear to the ground and let me know of any that pop up?"

"But you're thinking of moving?" he asked.

"Last I checked, the three of you were perfectly happy living the... well... suite life." he commented.

"We are, yes, but... well, we're going to need another bedroom in the next few months." Desiree answered.

"turns out, I'm pregnant again." She then said, figuring that there was no point in avoiding saying it.

"So another bedroom would be ... quite nice. Especially if it ends up being a little girl. I would hate to make her and Darrell have to share a room."

Vincent was a bit stunned, to say the least.

"You're... pregnant again?" he asked.

"Well. Congratulations." he told her with a small smile.

"And... another bedroom?" he then asked.

"I... could have sworn that suite had 3 bedrooms in it..." he mumbled.

"But... all right, sharing a room isn't optimal, I grant you that." he admitted.

"I'll see what I can find that matches your criteria." he told her.

"I assume price is no real issue?"

"Oh! Yeah, it does." Desiree told him honestly.

"But we've got a few different snakes and spiders in there that we have as pets." She answered. "and .... not sure that anyone else would want to actually sleep in a room with a bunch of terrariums or vivariums."

"Plus, it's only a single bed in there, not anything better, due to the enclosures. There aren't many, but there is a burm and a conda, so they've got decently large enclosures."

Vincent paused, and lightly slapped his palm on his forehead.

"Of course." he said.

"I'd forgotten about your pets." he admitted.

"Fair enough, fair enough." he said.

"I can definitely try and find you a place." he told her.

"Is price a factor?" he asked again.

"I realise nothing TOO expensive or extravagant, but can you let me know of a price range or cap, once you and Jaden discuss it?"

"But I will let you know something far more concrete once I bring that up with Jaden. I admit, it didn't cross my mind when I mentioned that I was coming to ask." She admitted after a moment or two.

"So I will ask him and get back to you about it." She then told him with a nod.

"Admittedly, I already have a few places in mind." he then said.

"However, I'll narrow it down based on price, and I need to take a look at them to make sure they're still on the market, and if they need... well... work." he went on, laughing nervously.

"But yes, do let me know if price is a factor, and if so, the limit." he reiterated.

"And once again, congratulations." he told her further with a smile.

"It's wonderful you're growing your family."

"Regardless, the sooner you discuss price parameters with Jaden, the better." he then said.

"But before you go... would you like something to eat or drink?" he offered.

Desiree paused before sighing.

".... If you happen to have any of those parties you get from your sister and are willing to share, I would love to steal a couple. They are too good for words." She admitted with a bit of a sheepish expression and tone.

He knew she'd be cool with it if he said no, or that he didn't want to share. It had happened before and she'd never have a problem with it.

"Of course!" he said.

"I happen to have some." he told her.

"She recently gave me a batch. Feel free to take as many as you like." he continued.

"And yes... yes, they ARE rather addictive, aren't they?" he then asked.

"But I have plenty, so I'm feeling generous." he said, laughing once more.
