So are you an abnormality, then... seeing things that need to be done and just doing them? Do your coworkers genuinely not see these things? or do they just not care?
It depends on which coworker it is. One of them just plain doesn't give a shit, one of them just doesn't see what to do, and the other is just not trained well enough to spot mistakes.
Training at my store has been meh. So whenever I have one of them alone during closing clean up, I show them where the mistake is and explain where it goes and how best to spot the mistake.
Like To Killing a Mockingbird has been finding its way into general fiction, though Goodwill deems it a classic and thus goes in that section instead. I told them that if you were forced to read it for class, than 9 times out of 10 it's a classic. lol

It definitely sounds like you're putting yourself in a good spot with the company and are probably being looked at for a management position - which I know you've mentioned is the case.
I would definitely put To Kill a Mockingbird in the classics section.
LOL at the "if you were forced to read it" comment ... XD

Two of my coworkers hate reading, so the word forced works for them. lol
Yep. Honestly though, we have a classics list for them to check. They just don't.
It really is. I've been so frustrated with them.
I'm waking up with a dizzy sensation rather than groggy. //blame pregnancy//
@Koah: good morning. Oh, that's not good. I feel a little off-center today too, but for me it's pollen-induced, not pregnancy-induced! Is there anything you can do for the pregnancy dizziness?
I think pollen-induced dizziness is far worse. Can't do much about that aside from taking an allergy med.
I think I might end up drawing a bit today on my tablet or something. I'm feeling a bit artsy.
Dizziness in any form isn't much fun. I took an allergy pill but I was also just outside checking on the garden, so yay for more pollen??
I hope your dizziness goes away soon.
Artsy is good! :3 What are you going to draw?

@Purpsy: good morning! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well last night - was there any particular reason?
I'm not sure what I'll draw yet. Maybe an avi, or just whatever pops into my head for practice. -shrugs- I wish I had more motivation to do better with art. e.e'
@Purpsy: Awe, Good morning. poor sleep sucks. :c
@Koah: it can be tough to do sometimes :( I want to do more art, more regularly too... but haven't quite been able to "get there" for some reason... unless I must, which stinks.
@purpsy: yeah, they say that the phones and the blue light interrupt sleep patterns... but also a lack of seeing the sun... it all disrupts the natural circadian rhythm. It could also potentially be hormonal, or a vitamin deficiency... :3
I'm going to run a couple errands or two while the caffeine is running strong through my veins - lol. I'll probably be back soon and slink back in to slug-mode XD

I finally got enough motivation to make food. yay! CX
@Wildfire: Art has become the last item on my to-do list, and I never get to it because so many other things are far more important now.
I know that feeling, but I'm not feelin it this morning. XD Have fun on your errands!
