Thankfully they were the only misbehaving children I had to deal with yesterday. It's our Spring Break though, so there could be more.
@Another Movie Addict: Ahhh yes... it's Spring Break around here right now too. It always is a weird time of the year with all the "extra" kids running around, being nuts... I hope you don't have to deal with any other crazy kids
I might. Not like my friend though, he works at an outdoor museum cafe. Lol apparently Monday was awful with the number of hyperactive unsupervised children hordes.
It does.
I don't know if the bookstore will get as busy, since most people are doing stuff like the museum and traveling.

I would think that, except for a few nerdy kids or kids who are being dragged there by parents or grandparents, you're probably pretty "safe" from being overwhelmed by the child hordes.
'Tis the time of year where the sane people avoid places like museums, amusement parks, beaches...

We might get some of the older kids, teens, and like college students. Not the annoying tiny children.
Exactly. And if you do end up with the little ones, it's because somebody else dragged them there.
Yep. Did have a kid on Monday who was like 'I like books' at me, and then says 'I like you, it's nice to meet you'.
It was cute.
Oh my favorite regular is actually a kid. He's always polite, cleans up after himself, and treats the books well. I make sure to find dinosaur stuff for him, since that's his favorite topic.
And thank you.
And thank you.
They DO exist... kids like that. Unfortunately, they seem to be a rare breed these days.
and you're welcome :3
and you're welcome :3
They really are rare indeed.
Yeah, it's a shame, really. It seems like everyone is so busy trying to out-do themselves being mean, or loud, or something...
Yeah. It's cool to just you know, chill.
Yeah, exactly. But it seems that the loud, worst-behaved kids are the ones setting the bar for everyone else most of the time. It's unfortunate, really.
★彡 @Wildfire: It would be awhile until it gets real warm here, changing seasons can be abnormally chaotic here...
I didn't end up going yesterday but my brother did and bought some stuff we ran out on the way home.
My birthday is coming up this weekend I think... woo~ 彡★
@Purpsy: Yeah... I remember getting snow and freezing temps as late as May when I lived in New England, and I was still substantially more south than you are. :3
I'm glad you got some food, etc.
What do you have planned for the day today?
