I think it's supposed to be yearly because viruses and stuff evolve and so the new flu shot has to be adapted to those changes.

Have you had the flu yet this year? Because if you have I think it's pointless for this year because your body would have already developed to combat this year's strain. But I don't really know how flu shots work in depth. XD
ohhh no I don't think so. Thankfully after entering into high school my immune system seems to be much better handling with sickness, so it's been a long time since I've had some sort of fever, much less the flu. I was very sickly as a child though xD
That's pretty lucky, but I would still recommend it, just in case.

That's true :(( but yeah shots are expensive. Honestly I think the last time I had shots was when I was 15? Haven't gotten any new ones since xD Oh wait a minute, probably a few years back I did get another, never mind lol.
I wish I still qualified for medical assistance. It was the only way I was able to afford all my stuff. It's stupid how expensive it is to live in the states.

Pretty much everything is. I have an inhaler I'm supposed to take every day to manage my asthma. Without insurance it costs $500 and only lasts a month if taken properly. At least last time I checked, anyways. Which is utterly ridiculous.

Yeah, it's pretty stupid how medical stuff works over here. Basically we're getting murdered by the companies and people who are supposed to help keep us alive.
