It's been such a long and sad year and I'm just so exhausted in every single way.

I'm getting to the point where I probably just need to start saying some people don't know what the hell they're talking about even when they have the same disability I do.
Also I don't understand why it's okay to use misnomers for knit pants like 'sweatpants'. We don't call all pants gauchos, capris, or bellbottoms! I was seen as the difficult one for understanding sweatpants as specifically being fleece-ish lined pants meant for working out in. It feels like it's one of the few things that people don't lose their minds over when they're not using the correct terminology...

If I pay extra for overnight shipping and you guarantee that my documents will get there at a particular time, they'd better be there at that time. I didn't pay extra for nothing. I don't care that it's the holiday season and that it's a busy time of year. You, as a business, should be aware of that and accommodate accordingly. This busy time doesn't change. It happens at this time every single year. If you can't deliver on your guarantee, then you should expect to refund my money.
I'm usually a very understanding person, but a guarantee is a guarantee. It's not my fault that you can't figure out the trends of your own business after 40 years.

Why say something is going to be done and almost a week has gone by and still nothing? Why??? Just to have the illusion of being prompt and being on top of things? Clearly that isn't the case. I know it is a busy time of the year but don't say shiiz you aren't going to do anytime soon. I'm here just waiting like, nani?
I'm trying to be patient but I'm losing my patience with these people. I get back to them promptly but then I always have to wait around for them. Half the time I don't even get any response. 
I hope they get their shiiz together soon because I might just bounce. 
Sudden car repairs and they're essentially the price of most of my savings. While my mother is helping cover it, I feel bad as we're all just struggling this year. I hope our tax return will help with the load and finally get us out of debt.
