@Wildfire: it's probably unfixable as it just happens with depression.
comes out of nowhere and lasts all day and night until i sleep it off.

@Ava: Zoom is just weird. I have ended up using both the computer (for video) and my phone (for audio) the couple of times I've had to use it, because I apparently can't get a single device to work properly /eyeroll/ Fortunately, there are other options

@Wildfire: i've dealt with it for a couple of years
so i just tend to ride it out as that's all I can do.
Depending how strong it is.

but hoping after i eat i'll get the focus to try to study.

My "to do" list for the day:
- feed & walk the dogs
- prep/cook non-dinner things: basic chicken congee, butternut squash and apple soup, spinach and apple salad
- wrap some gifts and get them under the tree
- see about ordering Christmas dinner sides from the local grocery and put in an order - or not.
- maybe running an errand (or two if my son needs me to get him from something)
- doing some stuff online for my site
- probably menu planning for the inevitable grocery trip

Now doesn't all of that sound like just so much fun?? LOL!

All that stuff in your second line sounds pretty tasty. xD I've never had apple in soup, but that sounds interesting!
