I went to another concert last night and the bassist was working at that venue as well. Seeing and talking to him made me feel good and less alone again. [ ‘:

There’s this local emo cover band that I like to see whenever they’re performing in the city, and the bassist of the band was there working the venue for the concert. I felt a little shy but decided to talk to him and introduce myself since I recognized him. We talked for a few minutes, and idk. Him being there and him being a familiar face made me feel less alone. [ ‘:

I just really wished I had someone to talk about music and concerts with. It sucks to have fun experiences and not have anyone to share them with. It just makes me feel lonelier. :c
I usually tweet about concerts, music, and my excitement for live music and idk, I feel like I’m annoying by doing so. Not sure if it’s related to that, but I even lost a follower. That made me step back a little from tweeting because I feel like no one cares (not that I tweet for anyone’s approval, but my brain takes it personal and wonders if I did anything wrong).

And going back to ol dude, when I met him I felt so excited to finally meet someone who has the same taste in music as me and shared the same love of concerts. I really hoped we could’ve gone to at least one concert together, but it never happened, and now I don’t think it ever will. :/

I met him last year and when we first started talking I told him about a Cartel concert I planned to go to. He said he loved Cartel and showed me a pic of the Cartel shirt he got from Warped Tour a few months prior, and he even wore it on our first date because I loved it.
When I went to Cartel’s concert I was hoping to get the same shirt so that we could twin, which he said was a cute idea, but the shirt wasn’t there and I had to settle for an ugly shirt (he actually liked it more). It would’ve been nice to chill or go out together in our Cartel shirts. :/ He said one day I could wear his since I didn’t get my own, but now it’s not gonna happeeeeeennnnn.

There’s only a few albums that I want injected in my veins, and Pierce the Veil’s Misadventures album is making its way onto my list.
I give it a solid 9.5/10 (-0.5 points because the end of the album sort of loses my attention at times, but the songs are still really good).
