@Wildfire: spring is usually my favorite season, so I hope we get a little bit more of the medium weather before it stays hot

Here, it is sunny, currently about 70*F, and supposed to get up to 85*F - so another typical day here. I'll be doing the errands I have been ignoring for the last couple of days, plus some - so it will be, in some ways, a busier day than usual. But at least I slept decently last night, so that's good :3

I'm having a decent morning, my husband- not so much. He drove the truck to the shop and by the time he got there, the truck was ready to puke. My husband's crazy hair is probably matching Einstein's with stress right now. lol. He's one of those people that scratches/swipes his hair when under a lot of pressure.

@Ava: I don’t hate the cold as much as I hate the heat. Cold you can bundle under a blanket and drink hot cocoa. Hot you just have to suffer through. >.<
I don’t like driving in the snow though. That can be scary.

@Koah: Thanks. Yes, we have more than one kayak. The one we sold was a tandem hybrid (two seats, but moveable, so you could use it as a single kayak or as a tandem). We have two single sit-on-tops left, which hubby and I plan on using more than we have so far... because now we have a pickup truck to toss them in (easier than trying to mount them on the roof racks of my little SUV).
Your poor hubby sounds like he's having a rough day- hopefully the diagnosis on the truck isn't horrible and he's feeling better about the situation? And at the very least, at least you got it to the shop before it died!!

@Ava: They usually leave the cooking to me. I keep trying to get them in the kitchen, and I don't think anyone is afraid of cooking, but it seems to be my default job. Damn that Italian heritage of mine! XD

I have always preferred to deal with the heat than with the never-ending cold, but lately, I'm beginning to second-guess that. Maybe because I've been in Florida so long now, I'm starting to forget what it really feels like dealing with months and months of icy cold weather??
