Thursday came, and she gave the information to Lex regarding the specifics for when she would be there.

As it stood, she was standing in the airport, some google like shades over her eyes, and typing away on her phone.

Hey, I'm in the airport, waiting for ym luggage. She sent to Lex.

I'll be ready to leave this packed place soon as I get it. Whre can I find you?

By the front gates. it read.

In a light blue car. the second one told her.

I'll be waving at you. the next one read further.

What sort of person am -I- searching for? the last one then inquired.

Lex decided that now was a good time to stop. Let her respond to all he'd just sent.

Lunet paused a moment before biting her inner lip.

Shoulder length blonde hair with silver streaks. Light skin. Goggle like sky blue shades. she sent.

Most likely paying more attention to her tablet than what's around her. She continued before pausing a moment.

He then focused his gaze at the entrance, waiting for her.

Sure enough, he saw her, and sent her a text.

Yo. Straight ahead, to your right. he sent.

He then started to wave at her as he stepped out of his car.

"Huh. She IS pretty short..." he mumbled to himself.

Sure enough, Lunet approached with a wave.

"Hey there." She said with a smile.

"You're... more of a cutie than I had expected, if I'm being honest." She then admitted with a laugh. As she spoke, he was able to notice that she had a ... well, it sounded like a natural unease around people, yet he could also hear that she wasn't uneasy. It was just how she naturally sounded.

And he saw that she was short. Not super short, but short enough that it was hard to miss. She looked to stand at about the five foot four mark.

"Thanks." he said.

"And hey. Welcome to France." he then greeted her.

"Throw your stuff in the rear." he told her.

"We'll head onto my place." he went on.

"Aimee'll have some food waiting for us." he added.

Lunet nodded, did as she was told, before sliding into the seat where he had said she could.

"Ohhh, French food. Sounds good." She then said after buckling up.

"I'll admit.. I hadn't expected to be fed. Then again, not sure how long I'll be here, specifically, before heading to Mom's." She then admitted with a light laugh.

". . . probably should have ... y'know... touched base more definitely with Mom about that." She then said, a bit of a sheepish tone to her voice.

"I mean, it'll be a bit before we get back to my place." he told her.

"About 25 minutes or so." he added.

"But regardless, we're off." he said.

And with that, they were gone from the airport, and down the road.

"How was your flight?" he inquired, engaging in small conversation.

"Long." was Lunet's response with a light laugh.

'But I came from San Diego... so I expected it to be long. Beyond that, it actually wasn't too bad." She admitted after a second or two.

"Was a godsend to be able to ge tup though. I was getting extremely cramped."

"If not, you're in for a treat. Not to toot my own horn."

"I... haven't." She admitted after a moment, having had to think about that before she could properly answer.

"I've had close, but not authentic." She then said.

"I'm good at desserts." Lex responded.

"My sister's a genius when it comes to doing up dinners and meals and such, I specialise in what comes after." he laughed.

"I've been told I have real talent." he went on.

"Regardless, I'm sure you'll love dinner and dessert when we get home." he added.

The rest of the drive was uneventful, with small chit-chat, but they were at Lex's home in what Lunet swore was a very short amount of time.

"And we're here." Lex announced.

"Do you want help with your luggage or anything?" he inquired.

Lunet paaused when Les asked his question before chuckling lightly.

"Nahhh. It's not that much." She said with a shake of her head.

"I'm good." As she climbed out of the car, she made her way to the trunk. When they had entered, and he had her leave her luggage by the door so she could easily grab it to leave later, after they were done for the day (as she assured him that she was staying with her mom and had even called the woman while in the car with him)

"Ohhh damn. It smells really good in here." She commented, sniffing the air a bit,

Lex just laughed when Lunet made her comment.

"Yep, my sis is a real wizard with food." he told her.

"Hey, Aimee!" he then called into the house, but not so loud as to hurt Lunet's ears.

"We're home!" he said further.

"And it seems you were successful in rolling out the welcome mat!" he added with another laugh.

"Yeah, this is our place. It's nothing too fancy or sophisticated, but we cherish it immensely." he told Lunet, not realising such a statement might be a bit on the... odd side... for one that wasn't aware of their pasts and history.

"It's always good to cherish the place you call home." She said as she kicked her shoes off.

"Welcome Lunet!" Aimee called from the ktichen.

"Hands are a bit full so I can't come say hello properly!" She then added. Lunet just laughed again.

"No worries, miss!" Lunet called. "I'm just happy to be here. Never been to Europe before." She added before pausing.

"Where is the best place to sit?" She asked as she shifted the messenger bag she had across her torso. "And when would you like to get down to why I am here?" She wasn't trying to sound impatient or the like, she was honestly just curious.

"Just get comfy in one of the chairs or couches." he told her.

"We'll chat and eat at the same time. Sort of a business lunch, but it's dinner." he laughed.

"I'm going to help my sister." he then said.

"Just head left, and sit wherever you fancy."

"Of course. thank you." She said with a soft smile before heading off where he'd told her to go. She didn't know how long it would be until they were ready or anything, so she wasnt' going to worry about that. Instead, she just opted to have a seat on what felt like a nice plush armchair.

"damned things are glitching out on me still..." She muttered as she pulled her tablet out of her bag and started to dick around with it while waiting fo rthe other two.

"So what're your first impressions?" Aimee asked her brother as she dealt with the hot food, started to dish it out for the three of them.

"She's respectful, she's nice, she's well-spoken, she's excitable." he went on, laughing some.

"Seems the sort that we'd get along with well." he continued.

"And she's super excited to be here in Europe." he then added.

"Seems this is the first time she's been out of the USA." he went on.

"I believe this will be good, overall, for all of us."

"I certainly hope so." She then said.

"And I hope that the recommendation of her for your coding issue will actually help." She followed up with after a few seconds. "It would really suck if it doesn't."

"Also, do you know how long she'll be here, specifically for? I knwo you said that we wouldn't be housing her for her visit."
