I hate it when movies make mental illness out to be horror-type stuff

I'm more of an ambient horror / paranormal horror person tho tbh, hack n slash ones are too... weird??? Like, why not psychological horror instead of blood n gore

I'm the opposite - if I were in a horror movie, I would become the horror...person's problem. They have to deal with with ME

It could've been Many things but I guess the bright side is, I wasn't hurt at all! :D
The other time I had sleep paralysis it was.. weird?? I saw like, a humanoid shadow figure sitting on my bed staring at me with bright white eyes.

It was either a sleep paralysis or a hallucination tbh
I didn't start taking antipsychotic meds till like, a year after the fact

I had a similar experience tho - which.. might've been a hallucination now that I think about it - I was in bed and I heard like, heavy breathing behind me at my door, and I was too scared to look behind me and it lasted FOREVER and then I finally passed out lol
