I think furries are more like... hmm, they stick to a certain body plan??? if that makes sense - anthro characters themselves are more varied I think, and don't go for the general digitigrade (sp?) look

For me, my sonas are like... OCs with a personal attachment? Like, I can point at my sona and go "that would be me in this specific kind of world"

Mugwort definitely helps! I have it in tea usually for dreams lol
Valerian is.... nasty tasting, I might get the pill version instead of making tea - it also helps with dreams iirc
