I made cold brew from concentrate 'cause it's just....so good. I might have some black leftover coffee from when grandpa was up this morning lol

You probably can't tell they're rehydrated - personally tho, I could taste a LITTLE bit of a different, not in a bad way - it was just a little stronger than your average mushroom :3
Also, I'm gonna EAT the dried sardines, 'cause I've been craving dried fish for some reason ? ?

Next Tuesday HOPEFULLY my dried sardines are gonna get here.

Yep! I rehydrated mine by sticking 'em in the hot water of my ramen!! The texture of mine had more of a chew but that's cause I didn't stick them in there too long - I didn't want them super soft >w> I imagine you can do it longer to rehydrate them fully!

I got my dried mushrooms super late last night (9pm) and was too excited to not use them pfff
