Some are flavored (the ones I had were gross), the one I currently have is "all natural" flavor, which seems to be unflavored?? It kinda burns the back of my throat, but other than that - no particular taste. It's advised to keep it under your tongue so you absorb it faster I think?

I take it by putting it under my tongue for a minute or so! and then swallow with a drink because I don't like the sensation of swallowing oil >w>

I guess less pain could mean less anxiety ?

I played ACNL (and hacked it) before ACNH - I tried to emulate ACWW but it didn't work well >w>;;
ACNH is definitely a lot cuter, but I'm also jaded by the fact that other people's custom designs are behind a god damn paywall. Like... all the other games let you share them for free??

I think the ACNH hype was really what got me going, and now I'm like... ehhh...
It also doesn't help that I see people with full encyclopedias and really pretty islands - I get so jealous :'3

It usually helps me fall asleep - staying asleep, I'm not so sure.. but everyone's different!
