I like beef more than chicken or pork, but my fave has always been seafood ^w^

We put potatoes, chuck roast(I think?), and spices/seasonings mostly. It's pretty simple - and the leftovers are turned into stew (we add carrots, corn, peas, and tomato sauce to the leftover pot roast).
