OO eggplant with soy sauce+brown sugar sounds so good!!!!

I usually keep some fresh veggies, but my grocery shopping schedule's mixed up @_@ I usually go today, but my grandfather's been home all week n we did a little bit of the shopping last Monday... I was hoping I could go again today, but I don't wanna bug him :'D
