Co-worker and I are fairly certain his toxic girlfriend is behind all of this.

I know. I only hope his father reads my message. Had to use Facebook, didn't know any other way to contact someone from the ex's family or any of his other friends.

Done. And now I'm going to just sit here and worry all day.
Apparently he's acting weak around the inmates. That is not a safe thing to do. It could very easily get him hurt if someone decides to take advantage of that.

No he won't, but he'll still be alive.

Not really. I've been toying with tattling on him to his family. He had a pretty bad panic attack a few nights ago, was talking self-harmy stuff, and now he's noticeably unhinged while at work. His family hates me, and kind of suck but maybe they can help. He'll be pissed at me for it, but whatever.

It must be pretty bad if I'm getting messaged about it.

Well my mood is probably not going to be improved today. Haven't really slept, and I just got a message from the ex's co-worker. Apparently he's getting worse, while at work. Which is kinda dangerous. He's a police officer working in a jail.

Haven't thought that far ahead.

It's 6:39am here, and I woke up at like 10 something.

Sleep would be nice.

It might work for my mother.

I'll give that a try.

For now I get to deal with phone trouble.
