He tried not to pout, watching Jack. Sure. She’s not in danger around Jack.. but always at risk of danger around him. “That’s good..”

Arty moved into the cabin to clean up the food before the Doctor arrived. She cleaned the dishes and put the remains of the snack in containers to bring with. Too good not to save. She grabbed her bag, checked everything again and moved to wait on the porch.

Part of her wondered if she’d ever see the Doctor’s past self again. She supposed if she had to sit at the cabin alone again, she might..

He blinked a few times, glancing at Jack. “You put her in danger while she was here?”

She looked over to him and smiled shyly, letting go of his hand. “Thanks for keeping me company..” She guessed that was her cue to leave his tardis..

She hesitated and then gave his cheek a kiss before turning to head out.

“I’m worried about her. She got hurt on my watch.” Although she did run off again..

She smiled warmly, “Thank you. Don’t be alone..” she said softly, looking at the console, “Don’t let him be alone.”

Ten set her down on the table gently, letting Owen get to work. “Thanks Jack.”

She looked over to him and smiled warmly. “Not the one I was waiting for.. but I’m really glad to get to meet the past you.. and I
Am so thankful for the company..” She said softly. “I haven’t been alone for a while now.. I wasn’t looking forward to it again..”

She paused at that, still watching him. “Promise you’ll find someone to travel with..?”

The Doctor scooped Trin up, heading out carefully with her. He explained what happened to Jack.

“She’s kind of my home too, and my friend..” she said softly, admitting it. “I’m really.. lucky to be traveling with you..” She missed her Doctor..

He glanced over to her and turned the breaks off, getting the tardis to Cardiff.

“Ah that’s how she knew.” She smiled softly, feeling more at home standing here than in the cabin.

He frowned, slipping into the tardis with her and having her scanned. He set her down gently and moved to send a message to Torchwood.

Arty gasped softly, grinning. “Ah you look so different! I like the look.” She said softly, gently moving to the console.. and not letting go of his hand.
