“Give him time.. there’s a reason he’s like that. Other than the obvious gentleman way of doing things.” He said softly, “But you could always just hold his hand without asking..” he added in with a soft grin. He knew the Doctor wouldn’t object to it.

She blushed, nodding softly. “Thank you..” she said shyly. Once they landed she curiously looked to the doors. “Do I need my filter..?”

Jack blinked a few times. “Oh is that why he was a bit red?” He grinned a bit. About time one of them did.

She moved to hold on, curiously watching her wander around the console. “Doctor- could I get a phone?” She wouldn’t normally ask, not wanting someone to go out of their way for her, but.. she figured she might need one.. Especially if the next time she was on the beach alone and someone other than a past version of the Doctor showed up..

She just wanted a way to contact.. anyone, really. If something happened to her.

“Of course we can.” He said gently, leading them up to order.

She blushed a little and smiled, “I’d like to see it on other planets..”

“Trin- you don’t have to apologize for wanting to save a kid.” He said softly.

“Where else could we see snow?” She asked curiously.

He blinked a few times and relaxed, giving her a gentle hug back. “Not your fault.”

She nodded softly, “yeah I did, thank you..” she said shyly.

He glanced over to her, “Yeah?” Not registering that she got her memories back..

After a few hours of good sleep, Arty finally woke up, heading for the console room. She had completely forgotten she still had on the old jacket..

He walked with Jack and Trin over to the old fish and chips place she use to work at, hoping it would trigger something.

“Got it- Thanks! We’ll have a few things for her.” He said softly, giving her ideas he had in case she wanted to get a present or two herself.
