He nodded slowly.

"I mean weird stuff is common around dragon country so i could explain everything" he said.

"Anyways im gonna grab my jacket" he said walking upstairs

"I hope so...i want this trip to be good" he said.

"Because im scared i wont get over it." he said.

"Im trying...i really am but...he was my dad and...and i may not have delt the killing blow but...i was fighting to the death and he was...rotting away and its just...nightmare fuel ykknow" he said.

"Maybe a shrink might not be so bad. not a hospital. i havent tried to kill anyone but...yknow...another medication to add to the list" he tried to joke

"Ryker...i know you wouldnt mean to treat me like that" he said.

He hugged ryker.

"Im sorry i guess everything thats happened has...changed me" he said fighting tears.

How was he supposed to move on from killing his undead father.?

The man was rotting as he continued to walk to earth.

He shivered crying.

"I...im sorry i got upset" he said.

"I guess i felt like...you were trying to treat me as fragile" he said.

He hated being treated like he was glued together glass.

"Can i have my jacket? yours is...big" he said smiling

"Ryker i..." he started to protest.

Then he thought about it.

"You..bought an rv so we could...see more?" he said.

"you were trying to make the trip...you were...trying to make it better...for...for me?" he said.

"Oh...did...did you happen to find my jacket in the cave?" he said gripping his shirt nervously

"The...the what?" he said looking at ryker.

"You got a what now?" he asked again shocked.

"What...what was wrong with just walking from place to place?" he said.

Sure there were health issues along the way and sometimes finding a place to stay was hard but...had it been that bad?

He began stacking everything again.

"Why are we taking a cooler?" he asked.

"And how did we get so many boxes?" he said

Eke blinked.

He blinked again.

Then he began laughing.

"Why didnt you just take from the top and work towards the bottom?" he said starting to clean up.

"I swear...i thought i was impatient" he said shaking his head

Eke quickly ate and ran down to the basement.

"Ryker?!" he called concerned.

"Ryker what happened!?" he added

Eventually eke got up.

And his appetite was back ten fold.

To his surprise, arissa had already made food.

"I figured you might be huntry" she said to him.

He grinned and sat down looking around for ryker or aly

"I think we all will always have at least one regret" he said.

"I dont think we can ever leave this life without a single regret" he added yawning.

He leaned his head into her neck,his horns clacking against hers gently.

He mumbled some nonsense as he drifted back off to sleep.

He then sighed.

"I just wish it could last longer...yknow? Dragons...are immortal...except for me..." he said.

"but im happy to have you while im here" he said.

He hugged her close smiling

He smiled and held her close.

"You know you can almost always come cuddle" he said.

"As long as i dont have a flare up" he told her kissing her.

"Im so lucky to have you you know that?"
