@Totalanimefan: Ah, not what I was thinking, but makes sense. It's a heavy snow day where I am actually. Kinda fun to walk on until I fall on my face.

I wonder how it's gonna work if a few out of 52 states decide to opt out of day light savings. It's so weird to imagine crossing a state border and being in a different time zone. Espcially if it's north and south. The whole thing is bonkers. I guess it's not as bonkers as in China where everyone officially uses beijing timezone, except people out west go about their normal business but all the hours are the wrong numbers. :vanora_upsidedown:

@Totalanimefan: Most of the areas I've visited are tourist areas so I really don't know how people are politically inclined. The majority of people I met there were immigrants/seemed progressive so I thought the rest of the state was like that too. What do you think is swinging opinion there? Are younger people voting more?

@Totalanimefan: Florida is stepping up with passing these "progressive" laws! What with gun control recently and getting rid of daylight savings time. That means that potentially, when I go to Florida this summer, I might have to change time zones. It's absurd (I'm in ontario).

I personally don't care what time zone it is so long as we're not made to switch like idiots.
