@Tuijp: Oh, I heard another user on Caedon talking about it but I assumed it was gaiaonoine. Hmm. Interesting. That's too bad.
She's good. She's very busy. She's working two jobs and going to college full time, so she doesn't have much time to herself. She's been taking HRT and has almost reached her goal for some breast implants, so she's thrilled. I'll tell her about Solia though.
Aww. I'm sorry about your mother. That's sad. But it's admirable that you are doing what you can for her. I'm sure it makes things easier on her.

@Vii: Yeah. And I feel like if something is all you've known your whole life, it's a bit difficult to adjust. It's not the same but I was 4 when my parents uprooted my brother and I and we left Ireland and came to America. Before that, all I ever knew was the Irish ways of life. America was extremely perplexing to me and it took me forever to adjust to American ways of life.
It's good that you guys try to split it. I have a few friends who are like, "I raise the kids and do all the housework while my husband goes and hangs out with his friends, yada yada." and I just don't understand why people make their s.o raise kids they helped create and do all the work in the house they live in to. My dad was an abusive drunk and my mom had to work two stressful jobs (she was a paramedic at two different hospitals) and she had to raise us, cook, clean and everything while my da just got drunk. I overheard her one day when I was a young teen crying to her friends that she felt stuck and miserable, so on so forth. So, I mean, after hearing something like that, I decided that when I settled down, I didn't want my wife to be miserable and feel stuck. So, I tend to advocate for splitting housework/raising kids with one's s.o 50/50 or at least close. It's not fair that one does everything and the other does nothing. Although, I don't blame you for not wanting or having the energy to do chores sometimes. I don't either and like yours, my sink and vacuum tend to go untouched sometimes.
Yeah, that's exactly why I'd rather say "equality". It's so negative now and I'd rather people not assume I'm some tumblr sjw. xD
@Thalanil: Vlad!! -hugs- Thanks. Nice to see you to.

@Tuijp: Hello! Welcome!
What's going on with Solia? My daughter went on there for quite a while but I don't think she's been on much lately. You might know her, Fluff Ball? In any case, glad to have you here.
I'm sorry to hear about your mother. I've survived lung cancer twice and prostate cancer. Give her some well wishes for me.

@OpalDeerling: Well, the thought you had towards what was happening was normal. A lot of people would have said the same thing. I had a bad reaction to Seroquil (er...however the eff you spell it). It wasn't an allergic reaction but it just messed with me. I became extremely violent and enraged. I only took it once. I have an allergy to Percocet. I got hives and I became very itchy.
I've never heard of Buspar before. Hmm. Well, I'm sorry that happened to you and I hope you can find a different med in its stead.

Compilations
PIXEL ART
My old duck George.
This is a remake of a picture I drew many years ago making fun of my daughter Maria. No matter what we did, she would always complain that we were annoying her. I'm going to save myself the embarrassment and not post my hideous art from back then. This was created on: August 9, 2017.
This stemmed from a joke with another user on another avatar site.
This was for a friend who visited from China.

DIGITAL ART
WIP of my four month old.
Birthday art for a friend.
I decided to try doing some artwork of classic Irish Mythological beings. I'm not going to color them, so this isn't a WIP. It's finished.
I did one that seemed pretty simple. It's called Fear Gorta, Irish for Man of Famine ("fear" being "man" and "gorta" being "famine"). He's described as an emaciated tall man. In some myths he brings good luck to generous people who share what little they have with him. In others, he is an omen of hardship to come.

Just quickly doodled myself because I was bored.

Just gonna be a place for me to store my shitty Pixel art, animations and other miscellaneous digital art.
PLEASE don't call my art cute. It's not a compliment to me. For whatever reason, I take it to mean, "Lol nice try. Try harder next time." Or along those lines.
I just started doing pixel art on July 15th, 2017, animations on August 11th, 2017 and digital art...um...I think a year ago but I only did three pictures and stopped and picked it up again on August 28th.

@Dowan: Yep! Ys Seven is part of it. Playstation is selling retro Ys games on the Vita, like how Nintendo does "Virtual Console" and sells games from NES, SNES etc. I bought Ys Seven on my Vita and I've not started it yet.
I think you should try it. : ) It's not turn based, just a heads up in case you weren't sure of that. I feel like XSEED is a pretty good company. : )
Yeah, I feel ya. That's why I bought the PS Vita version rather than buying a PS4 and getting Lacrimosa Of Dana on it. The 3DS has good games but you're right. It's not the best in the JRPG library department.
If you end up buying Ys Seven on Steam, let me know how you like it.

Anyone heard of Legacy Of Y's? It's one of Falcom's best series and it's on mostly Playstation Consoles. It's a highly underrated series and it's one of my favorites. I feel it deserves a lot more attention than it gets currently. My favorite title in the series was Memories Of Celceta on the PS Vita. I am at the final boss but haven't beaten it yet.
A new game in the series: Y's VIII Lacrimosa Of Dana came out on the PS4 and is due to be released on the PS Vita on September 13th. I heard the PS4 version is much better and has more content but I do not own a PS4 but I do have a Vita, so I preordered that.
So, have you heard of Legacy Of Y's?
Also, do you have a Vita? I'd like some friends if you want to add me.

@Syn: Hello Syn. Saw the "7 children" part and got excited that another person had a house full of kids, then read the cats part. Haha. Cats are great to. : )
Anyway, I'm Shamus. Nice to meet you.
