On the one hand, I always assume everyone on the internet is lying about SOMETHING.... but at the same time I pride myself in the dirty dirty truth, and I know I'm not the only person who lives their life that way... I guess I just have much higher standards of behavior for real life vs the internet. But STILL, if you're doing business (even if the service you offer is free) you should definitely want to earn a good reputation and lying is not a great way to do so.

@Concentricity: You're up next, if I'm not too late! I've been wanting Skullie items, I only have the background... But I'm most interested in the head because skeleton lady seems like a must for me. Let me know if you're ok with any of that to trade and I'll get to sketching.

You start by lying to yourself, each time those invasive thoughts come into your head make a point to disagree with them, even if you don't fully believe it. Pretty soon, you will start to believe it. Not to long after that, it'll be true.
I used to have invasive thoughts all the time. It takes practice and concentration to keep them at bay, but once you learn how it becomes easier. Meditation helped me learn to keep my mind from running wild with "what if".
Also, if it is depression or anxiety, don't be afraid to try alternate means of healing... those memes that say all you need is a walk in the woods are BS. If you have a doctor that says you need meds, take them. ALSO also, remember to take care of yourself... I always forget when I'm in the sads. Drink lots of water, take a relaxing bath/shower/sit in the steam. Eat a whole meal if you can.
You don't have to know the answers and if you're doing your best, thats good enough for me
