Ive always been intrested in spiritual stuff, and so is my gran.
For me ive had mild things happen but some really scared me lol.
I remember once sitting in the living room and i have no idea what it was but i saw something move in the hallway. Everybody was in the livingroom so it wasent a family member. I had to ask my gran to escort me to my room bc i was gonna shit my pants.
Theres this lil skeleton in my room, if you put it in the sun then it "dances". Now, i havent had my curtains in my room open since 2015 (ive got expensive dolls that get yellow if in contact with the sun) and some days the lil dude just? starts dancing? out of nowhere?
I once asked it out loud to stop and it did... no idea whaddup with that. Since then i sometimes talk out loud, to aknowledge the presence in my room. I dont think its evil since im not getting any "heavy" feelings.
When i was younger i was laying in bed, and i felt something thouch my leg. i was laying underneath my blanket...
Recently some wierd activity has been going on in our living room.
Lil context, my great unclu died last year and had a very good bond with my gran. Ever since then some stuff has been happening. The tv turns onn on its own while whe are just sitting there (happend multiple times). Just yesterday our smoke alarm went off, we checked our whole floor and even outside and there was nothing wrong?. And ive had multiple dreams about my great uncle, where we both aknowledge hes dead but i tell him his family misses him, or i take him to places he used to go.
My granpa cat (we call him that since he had 13 cats at one point) lives in a house he partially build himself.
The part he didnt build actually spooks the living shit out of me. I always hated being there alone. It felt so wierd? i always felt like something was watching wierdly?
Then when i was older my gran told me the person living there before him took their own life... so yea idk.
Then my gran has gone to a medium, ofc everything should be taken with a grain of salt. Id like to mention, my gran only knew 1 person in the group and even that person didnt knew the answers to the questions my gran answerd.
So she tried to talk to her dead father, and aperently was able to. I really dont wanna get into details about it since it was very emotional for her and id like to respect her wishes to not just share the stuff.
Last year my friend started getting some activity. She shared a video and i was terified.
She was sending me that she was going to bed and everyday we tell eachother goodnight. This time that wasent the case.
She sudenly send me that shes scared, that shes about to have a panic atack. I try to calm her down... you know the best to my ability trough text messages.
She told me "theres something standing at my door"
when trying to get more info she specified "a tall shadow".
I told her to scream for her mom or run for the light but she told me she couldnt (understandable).
After awhile she told me she was finally able to turn on the light.
She went downstairs to get some water and hug her dog to calm down.
When she went back she took a video for me.
In the video you could hear heavy breathing (her) and her ceiling light was dangling from left to right. Not lightly, it was like something was pushing it? Let me tell you, i was freaked out. The thought of that video still freaks me out lol.
Theres no way that couldv happend, an earthquake isnt posible (we live in belgium and there hasent been one since before i was born + the news wouldv been all over it).
Theres still no explenation as to what happend. i showed that video to multiple people to ask if they would know what could do that. But nobody had a reply and got scared aswel lol.
Since then multiple things has happend and she has dubbed the presence "Jessy".
Whenever something spooky happens now she tells me "Jessy is being a dick again" lol.
She still gets spooped sometimes but less so. I think she just... acepted it lol.
Annyway ive written enough...
What i recomend if it freaks you out is to loudly say "your freaking me out can you stop" when it happens. it sounds silly but it helps me, and it has helped some friends... From my knowledge, if the presence is neutral/good it dosnt realize its scaring you. If you do think it has sad intentions, open your windows and show it the way out. Im not knowledgeable with sceances but i heard those can help too! And if those dont help... contact a medium
