I know the shoes are like Sonic’s so it’s sneakers and socks, but they always look like these to me

@inatlaka: The red gloves, one is over the black sleeves, and one is under. Do you want them over or under the jacket?
And here's a really basic sketch, let me know if you hate anything. I'll fix the skirt so it's actually shaped like a skirt, and pulls up more before the slit.
