I hope my response succeeds in going through. My previous one did not, for Timberland.

I would think that a turn would not be skipped, but left until the participant responds, to allow for sleep. If they do not respond for a full day, then yes, skip. Elsewise, tis possible to skip most to all participants due to school, sleep, work, or some other thing that requires them to be away.

Tis unlikely that I shall use it often.
