@Tuijp: A local grocery chain offers birthday cookies. They are a cookie with a footprint of a cake, though I wonder why it is only one cookie and not many large cookies stacked for maximum cookie.

Mayhap a giant cookie will suffice?

@Amber Lynne: Yes. The mailmen were told they need not come in, but they do. After all, that person's needed medicine may be in the mail and they need that delivery.

@Amber Lynne: Indeed. The news did reports on them, and mentioned that people offered hot food, hot drinks, for those delivering mail. Pizza places, too, delivering despite the weather.

@Amber Lynne: Many here delivered mail anyway, particularly those who know this is an elderly person's home, that person lives alone, and the like. Make sure those people are okay and give them at least someone to see, even if only briefly.

Low singles and negatives, wind chills double digit negatives. Anything below -25 requires schools to cancel and the past two days saw many schools cancel by that state law.

I prefer the first Cirque theme. The standard and winter ones are too bright and the blackout is too dark. The second Cirque theme the red is quite vivid and distracting for me.
