Albert hummed a tune happily, the hand not holding Hedgie's cage playing with his necklace. His parents knew he'd get his letter, of course. The changing hair and eyes were a dead giveaway. His grandpa Teddy had left an instruction book on how to get more control over the metamorphic abilities in the Black Vaults, so that there were no future generations who went to school unable to control them even slightly. He was glad; his hair changing with his mood would have been bad around his mum's family. They were all muggles and didn't know about magic.
Sitting in what he had now dubbed his compartment, he swung his legs and looked out the window to see his parents. Spotting them, he let go of his necklace to wave excitedly. He would miss them, and Hogwarts would be a lot of now things to deal with. He wasn’t really looking forward to the first month, if he was being honest...
He twisted around quickly as the compartment door opened, coming face to face with a small girl. "O-oh! Hello! Are you...are you looking for...somewhere to sit?" He got out awkwardly, feeling nervous.

2 countries at war. Dragons and riders are bonded via a magic ritual. When one of a pair dies, the living one is forcibly bonded to another. A Prince is in a fight and his dragon goes down; an enemy rider does too, and the dragon is captured. The captured dragon and the Prince are forcibly bonded while unconscious from the pain of losing someone tied to your mind and soul. Upon waking, fighting or ignoring, argument with prince's older siblings, blah blah, they find out the bond is broken. How do they fix this, and the war neither of them really want to be part of?
main plot is romance, dragons who are bonded have a humanoid form but have pointy ears and maybe a tail? Up to you. Second plot is fixing bond, long reaching plot is fixing the war.

Zakal huffed, carrying what appeared to be an unconscious girl bridal style into the cave his crew called home. She was pretty, for a noble; but then, they all looked pretty before they opened their mouths. Just remembering all the vile things the nobles used to say about his mother had his teeth grinding. He treasured his hair and eyes, the only things he really had left from her aside from the jewels, and everyone thought they had to comment on them.
'Your hair is so bright! Mother must have been an Ismit ---' was a common one, the second half often mumbled to their companion as if being part foreigner meant his hearing was gone. His lips formed in a snarl at the thought, he roughly dropped the princess onto the pile of straw that was to be her bed while she was staying with them. No silk sheets and fluffy pillows here, and she better get used to it.
"Tell me when she wakes; no need to bug the captain with her just yet, aye?" With a nod to the two closest men who he’d just decided were to guard her, Zak walked away, back to his office. Whoever said pirates didn’t have paperwork was a dirty rotten liar.

What's a pirate crew to do when they accidentally get attached to the person they've kidnapped? A whole lot of shenanigans, that's what.
In the land of Dramda, off the coast of Ismit, there sails a crew known to be the most ruthless and willing to do anything for money. Contracted to kidnap the princess of Ismit by their greatest enemy, they care little for the war this will start and only about getting paid.

@Shadami: as long as you're okay with me replying slowly some days and like. 5 minutes after you post others...It depends on how often I'm online/home or on discord, depending on where we have it. I don't like typing in forum chats on my phone, they always end up with so many typos hahaaaaaaa
They could get the ransom, and then on the way to deliver her home (since obviously she was kidnapped and taken veeeeery far away for "safe keeping") they all bond more (they probs bonded at least a little at the "safe" place), so none of them want to split up? So they just. keep the money and send back a "thanks but we're keeping her anyways KK love you bye <3" note as they sale off into the sunset to be pirates. Continuation after that could be like. Her intended/ex-bf/gf or whatever trying to take her home with FORCE and the military and stuff.
