Obviously, the Dutchess was around as she is the blame for Frizz's disappearance but I doubt she knew to go looking for Frizz so yes we need to know what she was doing in the woods.

The Rabbit was def in the vicinity even if unnoticed because he saw the arrest.

I'll agree however with Kitty that the flower trampling doesn't add up with the Knight but with the Rabbit.

@Miss Kitty: That and when she sent Static off to get evidence from the Other Wonderlandians she said "Go get the Queen" before quickly recovering and switching to "Save your brother"
That's what stuck with me.

@Dowan: The rabbit claimed to have remained topside the whole time while guiding Static, that he only uses the tunnels to avoid the Cat but I'm not so convinced at this point.
