@Another Movie Addict: I've read After the Fall, the continuation of Angel from its onscreen finale and I started to read season 8 of BtVS but heard terrible things that I don't wanna touch with a single one of my brain cells.

I have some of the Angel & Faith comics but haven't gotten around to reading them yet.

Lol, certain types of men can be scary, like big muscley ones but that can also be hot!

@Tuijp: My stepdad's cat whom we just put down in January after she had a stroke (but she'd exceeded the typical cat lifespan, she was around 16) who preferred men to women. Women were only useful for feeding her and turning on the tap (she wouldn't drink from a dish, only the tap).

@tuijp: Lol women with blonde hair. That's oddly specific.
I'm naturally a dirty blonde but like to color my hair black and red.

The food and cuddles make sense though. Those are things that dogs understand best as being positive associations with people.

@Tuijp: Yeah I didn't realize the memory issue until recently.
That explains why she just won't seem to get entirely comfortable with my friends. They don't come over much, two of them don't live in the area, which makes it difficult for her to commit them to memory.

@Tuijp: "beagles are a handful because they have a lot of energy
And yeah,when a dog is found abandoned, it takes a lot of love and training before they get over it"

Sam, the beagle mix is more cat than dog. He lays around and sleeps a lot.

Sydnee, the whippet/lab never got over it. She's got permanent cognitive damage according to my stepsister.
Her 'flight' instinct has been disabled and apparently, she has memory loss with a guarantee of Alzheimer's in old age.

@Tuijp: " what kind of dog?"

I've got two.
The one I've been referencing is a Begal/(presumably) coonhound and we've taken in my stepsister's Whippet/Lab.
The latter is more of a handful now.
She was abandoned behind a dumpster with her half dead litter and has a cognitive and anxiety disorder. She's aggressive with strangers.

Only way to find out is to hang around and scope the place. No one else can judge your interest.

I'm enjoying it so far.

@Tuijp: We got him at 8 months.
He'll be 5 in October.

@Another Movie Addict:
Oh right, that's a legitimate concern especially if he's chewing adaptors plugged into the wall.

@Another Movie Addict:
Damn. Lucky for him that you're apparently quite patient.

@Tuijp:

I am familiar with the keeping the electronics safe battle.

I have two dogs and one of them chewed apart TWO sets of earbuds of mine when we first got him (and a dreamcatcher that was given to me by a friend).

@Pixel:
Ironic in the case of this film. My aunt told me about the wife being pregnant full term in this crisis in which total silence was necessary for survival and that in the climax she goes into labor.

I believe I've done this if I understand it correctly but it just blurs my vision.

Apparently, I have an unusually focused mine because I've had several instances of being aware of my dreams and a couple in which I was able to control an element.
The most significant of the two latter is when I chose to transform into a centaur to achieve faster movement because I can barely run in my dreams.

Not much of a secret.
I came here as Buffy the Slayer because I am a big fan of the show but I couldn't live with it because I like Angel better but his evil name is cooler.
