I concur with @Shark. I'm not sure what the subject here is but
deadlines make me feel pressured which compromises my inspiration.
I come up with my best results at my own pace.

@Another Movie Addict:

On my queue are:

- Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
- The 3 or 4 sequels to 'A Wrinkle in Time'
- Breed and its sequel Brood by Chase Novak (I accidentally bought the sequel first at a dollar store so had to buy the first one on Amazon)
- Soul Trade, an installment in the series of Angel novels.
- A Shade of Vampire by Bella Forrest
- Vampires of Manhattan by Melissa De La Cruz
- Among the Hidden by Margret Peterson Haddix
- Found by Margret Peterson Haddix
- Guardians of Ga'hool: The Capture by Kathryn Lasky

That right there is seriously every book I own that I have not yet read.

@Another Movie Addict:

I getcha.
I've got several books I have yet to read and have been too hooked on fanfics to continue since I finished 'A Wrinkle in Time' last month.

Posted in Shows You Watched As Kids Posted 7 years ago

My childhood was all about Nickelodeon and some Disney Channel apart from movies.

- Double Dare (the original with Marc Summers NOT 2000)
- Rugrats
- Hey Arnold
- Doug
- Catdog
- Ren & Stimpy
- Lizzy McGuire
- That's So Raven
- Even Stevens

were my favorites.

I loved to hate Blue Clues and Pokemon--well until I actually watched the latter for the first time then it became one of my addictions.

Quite excellent.

Ironic considering I offered someone a photo of my bookshelf in my intro.

@Another Movie Addict: I would love to have your shelves. As you can see, I need shelves with more space.

This is an old photo from at least 2013 but I don't want to take a new one.
My eyes are hazel green and can change to blue with my clothing.

I've found some great unique items on Etsy but I feel your pain.

That's like how commercials for restaurants my area doesn't have are still aired on our televisions.

Truly evil, such teasings!

@vengeance:

Leaving a dog alone in a hot car is NO laughing matter. Where I am, if the dog were to die I am pretty sure that's a federal felony that is punishable by jail time.

Your dad had better leave that dog at home.

@Mellonin:

I've been there.
Several years ago, my mom quit our internet service for a while due to high costs I believe it was--or was it unsatisfactory performance?
I digress.

This left me having to use the city library for internet access for at least a month and at this city library depending on the computer you use, one cardholder gets 30-90 minutes of usage a day.

It was difficult.

It's scary how much the human race depends on electronics in this age. including those who grew up before technology took over like me.
I've had power trouble in this house and it never ceases to astonish and shame me how frustrated I can feel without internet access.

Are you not able to get internet for the house?
Is your city library not close?
