@Saeyra: Well every project has it's methods, right? I mean if I was head of the project, I'd get credible sources for building structures/designs/materials, compile it then create a plan w/ the architect. After that, I imagine you'd budget the cost if the project gets the green light and receives funding, it's up to the people in charge to supervise and make sure no one's effing up. It takes real work though, like following up on the little details... but what do I know, that's just a thought.

@Saeyra: .......I...I'm glad.. you aren't writing my essay. LOL. My summary was create space-effect but structurally sound housing by researching how other countries do it and make the government more proactive in actually fixing the problem by you know.. giving it attention.
