@Kittyzilla: I just don't eat hardly any sugar.
I pretty much ban sweets from myself because it just effects me so bad.

@Kittyzilla: Sugar affects me so bad that
i just keep spiraling.

I also have to keep busy so i do art constantly.
But sugar throws off my mental illnesses by a lot and sparks up my anxiety as well.
It's mostly things with powdered sugar tho im super sensitive to.

I can't really have really sweet things often but Apple Pie i love
and it's normally not very sweet. But i just love the combo apple pie flavor makes.
